    Dosh Payments is a social payment platform that allows you to pay and request friends and family using individual and group payments. We also offer a social feed so users can experience and see what their friends and family are doing with their money.
  • Who are we targeting?
    We are primarily targeting Gen Z and Millenials. Don’t worry, Boomers can use our app too 🙂
  • How can I delete/ deactivate my account?
    Under the settings page, you can click Close Dosh Account under Account Control. Please keep in mind that once you delete your account, you will need to make a new account again.
  • How do I raise an issue/ complain/ support request?
    Email us your query at support@doshpayment.com or WhatsApp us and we will try to get back to you at the earliest.
  • Where can I view the privacy policy and terms & conditions?
    On the website: Please click on the hyperlinks here on the website. On the app: Please refer to the settings tab. Please click on Legal under information. You will find Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions there.
  • Are there any hidden fees?
    Dosh Payments is free to all our users!
  • How is Dosh Payments different from other expense splitting apps?

  • Why is data not getting correctly updated on the app?
    This could be due to your wifi or cellular connectivity, please restart your connectivity and try again. If the problem persists, please contact support@doshpayment.com

    You’ll first have to download the Dosh Payment from either the App Store or the Play Store. The following steps will be required: Click the sign up button when you open the application Register the following: Your first name Your last name A email address A phone number A password Once these steps have been completed, you are now a Dosh Payment user!

    Under the group section, swipe left on the desired group and click the button, leave group.
